Q: Does the Monohakobi Club accept both individual and corporate users to be members free of charge?
A: Both individual and corporate members can sign up. No entry fee or registration charge is required to sign up for membership of the Monohakoni Club. Since it is free, you can casually sign up for membership and can ask us to change and delete the membership information you have registered any time.
We have paid particular attentions to making sure that the registered information is strictly controlled and protected with SSL encryption, firewall and various other security measures against electrical intrusion from outside.
Q: To sign up as a member, don't I need to provide any personal information other than email address and password?
A: No, that's right, you don't. However, when you apply for the "Let's get the Logistics Technology Handbook", after you registered membership, we would ask you to fill out the mail form application with your other personal information such as your name, the name of your company/organization, division name, address, area code, country, telephone number, and email address. Personal information you provide will be strictly controlled and protected as information within MTI organization, and will never be disclosed or distributed to outside parties. Please also refer to our "Privacy Policy" for details.
Q: Can I change information I have registered when I signed up? Is it easy to withdraw from the membership?
A: Yes, if you are already a member, you can login to the "Change Membership Information" to change the registered information. On this page, you can change your ID (email address) and password. To terminate your membership, you can login to the "Delete Membership Information" to proceed to the necessary procedure to cancel your membership quickly and automatically. On the "Forgot Your Password?", we have provided a function to send necessary information to re-issue a password.
Q: I haven't received any mail from Monohakobi Club.
A: We send confirmation email from the Monohakobi Club when you have signed up for membership. Have you received the registration confirmation mail? If you haven't received the mail several days after you registered, please confirm whether your registered mail address is correct at the "Change Membership Information" and "Delete Membership Information". Please carefully check the following points if any mistakes have been made with your registered email address.

Mixing up of numeric 1, Uppercase I, lowercase i
Mixing up of numeric 0 and Uppercase O
Error to the domain name after @ (such as xxxxx.co.jp,xxxxx.ne.jp,xxxxx.or.jp)
