The CT Sheet prevents the dripping of condensation formed on
the container ceiling
and protects cargo from wet damage.
General
Haven't you had incidents in the past where cargoes have been soaked wet during
ocean transportation?
One of the causes can be attributed to the dripping of condensation on the cargo
that formed on the container ceiling. The CT Sheet prevents this phenomena and
protects your cargo from wet damage.
Features
Reduces damage to cargo.
Prevents the dripping of condensation formed on the container ceiling.
Easy to attach and detach.
Using traveling fixtures, the sheet can be attached and detach in about 10 minutes.
Superior water absorbing power.
The sheet can absorb up to about 70 litters of water for the 20 foot container and about 140 litters for the 40 foot containers.
No need to clean the container after the sheet is removed.
Because the CT Sheet uses only the minimum amount of a powerful but easy to detach
double-faced adhesive tape, you don't need to clean the container after the sheet
is removed as is usually the case with conventional condensation preventive sheets.
Construction and function
CT Sheet is constructed of water-proof paper, high molecular absorbent materials, strength-reinforced nets.
CT Sheet lets in air containing wet vapor but does not let in dew condensation.
Notice:
CT Sheet does not have the wet absorption capacity of desiccating agents.
CT Sheet cannot be attached to containers not equipped with lacing rigs.
Although water does not drip from a sheet that has absorbed water, water may seep through when the sheet directly contacts with the cargo. Therefore, clearance is required between the ceiling and the cargo.
Contact us for advice when you are considering the use of CT Sheet for transportation other than ocean containers such as trucking cargo.
