Software to create a loading plan for cargoes to be loaded into a container.

General

ESP21 (Effective Stuffing Plan system 21) is software to make a basic plan for loading cargoes into a container and trucks. Using ESP21, a loading planner can create an efficient loading plan and control the number of containers that is necessary for the planned loading. ESP21 also enables cargo owners to share the loading plans created by the planners.

Outline

	The service is provided on the Internet. The data can be shared by every logistic location in the world. No initial investment, software installation and version upgrade procedures are necessary.
	You can create an assembly packaging plan. You can use the software to create a plan to package multiple cargoes as an assembly packaging such as a master box cargo or pallet cargo, and load it into a container.
	You can set conditions for the loading cargo and calculation bases. You can set loading assumption such as the cargo position if it can be turned upside down or not, where you want to place - top / bottom, the unloading order, the loading method - pile up / flat, and the clearance inside the container.
	You can manually adjust the result of the loading plan. You can transfer cargoes between containers using Handling Area in the Plan View Window with the drag and drop operation with ESP Progressive Viewer.

Main functions

	Reporting function You can output the loading plan in PDF format, cargo and container lists in PDF or CSV formats.
	Database function Databases for the cargo information, container information, pallet vanning patterns, and loading results are available.

	Proposal for new use Using ESP21 to create loading plans and cargo data for the shipment of cargoes, you can confirm the cargo loading state and the number of cargoes loaded into containers quickly, which will lead to better operating efficiency.
	Actual use Using ESP21, the sales staff of a shipping operator can calculate the required number of containers from the cargo information sent from a customer in electronic data, and report back the calculation immediately.
	Comments from the users We had been preparing cargo loading plans manually spending a lot of time and man hours. To use this system

Everyone who registers as a Monohakobi Club member can use the trial version of ESP21.
However in the trial version, the following functions are restricted:

Saving the loading plans you calculate
The maintenance functions of cargo and container databases
The number of different cargos that can be input
The output of loading plans with PDF or CSV files
