General

The cargo securing manual is a document that must be certified by the relevant association of classification societies, and is required to be equipped with all ocean going vessels carrying cargoes(container carrier, pure car carrier, conventional cargo ship, refrigerated cargo vessel, steel product carrier, timber or log carrier, box-shaped ship) except bulk carriers. We at MTI offer the cargo securing manual production service for our customers for newly built ships by taking advantage of our experience and knowhow in marine transportation technologies for various types of cargoes. Send us a drawing of the ship, we can provide a full range of support from the production of the manual to the acquisition of the necessary certificate from the classification society. We also have three types of software for sale that are required for the manual in order to calculate and evaluate the securing of cargoes.

Lashing evaluation software for general cargos


	This software calculates the external load and securing load of the containers on deck, and evaluates the weight of the containers loadable to the ship. You can calculate the container load up to seven tiers on the deck.

	This software calculates the external load on the cars stowed to pure car carrier, and determines whether the designated lashing method is appropriate or not.

	This software calculates the external load on the cargo secured with wires and ropes, and determines whether the designated securing method is appropriate or not.
