Condensation Terminator Sheets: CT Sheets
The CT Sheet shields cargoes from the dripping condensation that forms on the ceilings of ocean containers and so protects cargoes from moisture damage. The distinctive features of this product are that it is easy to attach and detach, has superior water absorbability, and the container does not need to be cleaned after removing the sheet. Since it was commercially released in 1999, the product has won popularity among companies involved in the production and transportation of food.
Summary
Haven't you had incidents in the past where cargoes have been soaked wet during ocean transportation?
One of the causes can be attributed to the condensation that formed on the container ceiling and dripped onto the cargo. The CT Sheet prevents this phenomenon and protects your cargo from wet damage.

Features
- Reduces damage to cargo
Prevents the dripping of condensation that forms on container ceilings. - Easy to attach and detach.
Using movable fixtures, the sheet can be attached and detached in about 10 minutes. - Superior water-absorbability
The sheet can absorb up to about 70 liters of water in a 20-foot container and about 140 liters in a 40-foot container. - No need to clean the container after the sheet is removed
Because the CT Sheet uses only a minimal amount of a powerful but easy-to-detach double-faced adhesive tape, you don't need to clean the container after the sheet is removed as is usually the case with conventional condensation-preventive sheets.
Construction and function
- The CT Sheet is constructed of waterproof paper, highly absorbent polymer materials, and strong polyethylene-reinforced nets.
- The CT Sheet lets in air containing water vapor but does not let in dew condensation.
Notice
- The CT Sheet does not have the moisture-absorption capacity of desiccating agents.
- The CT Sheet cannot be attached to containers not equipped with lashing rings.
- Although water does not drip from a sheet that has absorbed water, water may seep through if the sheet is in direct contact with the cargo. Therefore, clearance is required between the sheet and the cargo.
