Hemp Bag Management System
This system automatically writes information onto hemp bags by utilizing QR-code labels backed with adhesive (*). It helps to reduce the workload in handling hemp bags and thereby contributes to logistics efficiency. [Patent pending]
Summary
In a logistics scenario where rough hemp bags are handled, workers previously had to write with a marker the weight and other information directly on the bag. Now, an auto-labeler makes it possible to automatically apply QR-code labels. Further, a handy terminal can then easily read the QR-code information and convert it into digital data. MTI provides a set of the following three items in its Hemp Bag Management System.
(A manually applied label printer is also available for use on bag sizes incompatible with the handy terminal.)

(*) QR code:
A type of two-dimensional bar code whose data can be captured by a mobile phone or a similar terminal. Address-book data, such as addresses and personal names, URL codes, and character data of product features can be stored in this code form.
