Kirari-NINJA Smart Camera for Engine Maintenance wins the RICOH THETA Prize

“Kirari NINJA*” – No hands INside Just A camera – (patent pending), jointly developed by Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) and MTI won the RICOH THETA Prize at the RICOH THETA Developers Contest hosted by Ricoh in cooperation with YRP Ubiquitous Networking Laboratory. An awards ceremony was held on August 20, 2015, and attended by Makoto Igarashi, president of MTI; and Hiroshi Nakatani, executive technical advisor at MTI; Michiyo Ide, principal researcher at MTI.
